Terms of Service

If you are commissioning me I will assume you have read all of this and agreed to it all.  Please read through carefully.◇ PAYMENTPayment can be made in full or split into 2 payments.  50% before I start your commission and then 50% when your art is finished. I will not remove any watermarks until the final payment is made.◇ REFUNDS
Refunds can be requested up until lineart is finished◇ ADJUSTMENTS TO ARTI will confirm with you that you are happy before the line art begins. If you are happy for me to continue with the art but want some adjustments to be made feel free to speak on them while I'm at the sketching/line art phase. You will not be charged for adjustments at this stage.Once rendering begins you can make 2 free adjustments to anything you want. After that it'll be an added fee depending on how complex the adjustment is that you want me to make.you can request a change to the colours I'm using (Include a pallete or reference if possible)At any point after I begin working on your commission you can request updates or a wip picture of the art so you can make adjustments if needed!◇ GENERAL INFOI will let you know if I will/won't take on your comissionI will let you know when I begin to work on your commission.I will not start until I have received the payment.I have the right to deny your commission request.
I have the right to cancel a commission in progress. You will be fully refunded if this happens. I will give you a heads up beforehand.It can take 2 days to a week for your artwork to be completed. (This starts after payment & when I notify you I have began your commission)I will keep you updated on your commission once it has begun.You can post the commission piece, use it as a profile picture ect. Just don't claim it as your own work. I would appreciate being credited too! It gets my name out there.Please credit my artwork as "zombni" if you do.

Commission Guide

Please follow this when requesting a commission to make the process as easy and stress free for both of us!♡ (Optional) include your email.(Art quality is usually better being sent through email! However this is optional and I can send you your art through your preferred socials!)You will need to include:♡ what type of commission you want. (Do you want a logo? A banner? A character reference?)♡ (optional) If you need a specific canvas size.I mostly work on canvases anywhere from 3000 to 5000 pixels for higher quality and 700dpi but these can be altered to fit what your commission is for.♡ any picture references or inspo you may have for what you're wanting.[Read below for character commissions]♡ references of your character if you're commissioning a character and have any♡ any poses you'd like♡ anything extra you want that isnt shown on your character references.(ie. Props, different outfit, piercings, jewellery and tattoos) They need to be clear examples otherwise try to describe it to the best of your ability and I'll work with you to come up with something!♡ any physical features that aren't immediately obvious in the references that you want including.(eg. A certain nose shape, freckles, dimples. Ect)♡ any additional information that I haven't covered here that you feel I need to know.♡ all commissions you have the optional choice for a simple background.(Simple backgrounds are usually coloured and can include patterns, see my art gallery for examples) Feel free to mention what you'd like, we can also discuss this together.I can do more detailed backgrounds but they will be for an additional feeAlso,
If you want a reference sheet making for a new character you have no art of, please go into as much detail as possible. Include what colours you want, markings, body shape, face shape, facial features. ect.Feel free to discuss anything you are unsure of with me! Or ask any questions about my commissions
